Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Storify mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Storify is an audio storytelling application that allows users to:

• Browse and listen to audio stories and audiobooks
• Create personalized voice narrations
• Track reading progress and bookmarks
• Access content through free and premium subscription plans
• Follow favorite storytellers and content creators

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Storify offers the following subscription options:

• Free Plan: Limited access to content with advertisements
• Monthly Subscription: $4.99/month - Full access to all content
• Yearly Subscription: Annual billing - Full access to all content

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• iOS: App Store account settings
• Android: Google Play Store account settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through the App, including but not limited to stories, audiobooks, images, text, and software, is owned by DUX BİLİŞİM REKLAM ORGANİZASYON SAN.VE TİC.A.Ş. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 User-Generated Content

If you create voice narrations or upload content, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant us a license to use, store, and distribute your content through the App
• Confirm that you have the right to share the content
• Agree not to upload copyrighted material without permission

5.3 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or modify App content without permission
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Voice Recordings and Audio Content

By using the voice recording features:

• You confirm you have the right to record the content
• Your recordings are stored securely and encrypted
• You control who can access your recordings
• You can delete your recordings at any time
• We do not share your recordings with third parties without your consent

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All content will be available at all times
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUX BİLİŞİM REKLAM ORGANİZASYON SAN.VE TİC.A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email (if provided)
• Updates to this page

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

• Apple In-App Purchases
• Google Play Billing
